Me\u0111utim, svi znamo da je, u dana\u0161njim uslovima \u017eivota, stres jednostavno nemogu\u0107e izbe\u0107i! Ostaje pitanje \u2013 kako se \u0161to uspe\u0161nije boriti sa stresom!?<\/p><p>Sa stresom \u017eivimo od kada smo prisutni na ovoj planeti, ali su se izvori, u\u010destalost i intenzitet stresa ili vi\u0161e stresnih faktora menjali. Danas nismo samo izlo\u017eeni stresu na poslu, ve\u0107 smo izlo\u017eeni i stresu u saobra\u0107aju, stresu usled egzistencijalnih pitanja, stresu usled nere\u0161enih odnosa u porodici i itd.<\/p><p>U poslednje vreme sve su prisutniji i drugi izvori stresa o kojima se malo pi\u0161e, a i zdravstvena struka im ne poklanja pa\u017enju. To je stres organizma izazvan hroni\u010dnom intoksikacijom hemijskim materijama (iz vazduha, hrane, vode, hemijskim jedinjenjima koje stavljamo na telo i u telo u svrhu ulep\u0161avanja, pra\u0107enja modnih tokova i sl.); tako\u0111e, izlo\u017eeni smo i elektromagnetnom stresu usled elektromagnentnog (svuda prisutnog) zra\u010denja. U literaturi autora zapadnih zemalja, ovaj fenomen je ozna\u010den kao elektromagnetni smog.
